there is completely no ways for me to do a proper update.
my site is effing dead.

every instant as i navigated to this web link,
it freaking got stuck with the same old entry again and again.
i'm all ready to draft a happy post,
to share the happenings and be opinionated on my recent activities i was involved in.
yet i'm bloody forbade to do so.

the pretty photos, entertaining encounters are right at the back of this window
yet nothing can be pictured out.
this is getting on my nerves, the Blogger system.

not a rare error, nor any first-time technical fault.
Blogger has always been problematic.
in terms of uploading of images, publishing of entries....
and now, even changing of font colour is disabled because there isnt an icon for me to click on.
not to mention about inserting links, uploading of videos AHHHHHHHHHHH!

Blogger's bloggers should get my drift.

this is not a deliberate act of denigration.
i've been blogging for approximately 3 years or so.
technically, should be a long enough time to experience the above annoying issues.
still trying my best to put up with such nonsense.
but thoughts like switching to other networks(LJ/Wordpress) are keeping me comtemplated.

tentatively, for monetary sake, i'll not make any changes. yet.
hopefully there'll be some immediate improvement or something.

week 12.

hello peeps! how's life so far? LOL.
i sounded as if im in a high spirit, but in fact my energy level is depleting at an instantaneous speed.

heard that school of MM has recently merged with school of EEE and it gives you a brand new naggy name --- school of Mechanical & Aeronautical Engineering.

not giving it a damn because im not affected in any way.
however, class tutor revealed some craps which made us go 'WTH?!'
my course(DRFSM) formerly under school of MM,
supposedly should fall under school of MAE since they've given the name a switch.
but probably next academic year, it'll land in the arms of school of BE(Build Environment).

SP management must have some internal affairs which caused such complications to occur.
whatever la, i shall begin the repitition of explanation on my course yet once again if people were to question.
and this time round, DRFSM is NOT under school of Business, NOT under school of MM, NOT under school of MAE, but strange enough to be under school of BE. zzz

it can be pretty obvious
that im not very happy about my school, and the feeling is even adverse towards my course.

after the tormenting MST, everyone's constantly living in fear.
results were bad, mood was greatly affected.
few weeks down the road another round of nightmare will soon be looming.
with all these stirring in mind, tension penetrates the shakened mental and physical state, leading to my poor classmates collapsing one after another.

the on-going Influenza A is a worrying issue.
no matter how alright you THINK you are, how simple the symptoms may seem,
do not take things lightly when you feel unusually lethargic,
nor aimlessly taking panadol and pray that you'll get well next to no time.

visit a doctor!
at least have an idea what went wrong with your body, why is not not functioning healthily.
get the right pills, have them on time and take ~~ample~~ the greatest amount of rest like there's no tomorrow.

it's the vibrant poly life that we're enjoying!
dont be put down by tiny winy setbacks that paint shit on your drawing paper.

im starting to realize: only when you are strong and healthy
you'll then be granted the chance to go to school, to eat awesome heavenly superb food, to work hard for money, to spend them on crazy shoppings, to play dota 24/7(zzz), to go clubbing, to bitch with besties, to torture MY bf, on and on...

this is getting lengthy and long-winded, but my drift is crystal clear.
take abundant of care everybody!
by that, i really mean eat well, rest well, love yourself :)

yesterday was tuesday, it's Gelare day!
after school met kl and there we were, savouring every mouthful of happiness~
on top of that, i craved for ljs's fries.
all were inside my stomach already!

i seemed exceptionally esctatic because that was the moment i take fried food since... many many months.
im craving for basically everything, anything.
Manhattan, Fish&Co, Sushis, Astons, NYNY, Pizzahut, Pasta Mania, KFC... etc.
you name it, I WANT IT!!! haha

technically,
it's very unlikely to get them all.
i've got to plan my pathetic finance and dedicate section of it to zillion birthday babies, to shopping!!! and many other miscellaneous things.
this is driving me nuts, money is such a bitch.

speaking about it
tania literally dropped my 65$ pay(in notes) from level two,
while i frantically grabbed them from ground floor.
HAHAHA! let me explain!

suppose both of us completely lost track of each other's schedule.
we knew we wouldnt be meeting up lately and im dying to get the money,
hence that spells the reason behind our inappropriate act. lol.

it was the second saturday of my 3weeks term break.
yea told you, freaking ages ago.

if my memory didnt fail me,
we made a trip to BBDC first as kl needed to renew some related stuffs.
he was right at the counter!

had a light brunch at the neighbouring coffeeshop and off we headed to town for movie.

but im still able to remember it as a great romance/comedy show.

a very happening and exceptionally lively place at night.
saw endless crowds and beautiful river as you cant witness how filthy is it during night time.
sat and chatted, wonderful moments :)

i forgot was it at Harbour front station or what, kl led me to and fro the platform,
claiming that he had something to show me...

there are plenty of names(of rivers) lying printed on the entire platform,
quite an amazing discovery for me.

ended up meeting his family at Buangkok estate.
finally got his current nokia phone that particular night.
there after, i was sent home safe and sound :)

belated father's day dinner.

that was... during my last week of term break.
almost died from the dreadful muggings before meeting daddy at West Mall with sis.

a small korean supermarket.

we arrived earlier, thus shopped around to kill time.
chanced upon this stall and so took a step in out of curiosity.
departed with a lil cup of biscuit in my hands!

daddy was late.
accompanied him to M1 to purchase a new phone as his plan was about to terminate then.
everyone's getting new phone, when will it be my turn?!

oh ya, without fail the queue formed was longgggggg.
joline wasnt very happy about it due to the fact that her tummy was growling like thunder.
you can even hear echos if you were to shout into my throat.

got things done after decades, we dined in @ Mayim chinese restaurant.
not a familiar name to me at all, and that was our virgin visit too.

HAPPY BELATED FATHER'S DAY, DADDY!

our kite-making day.

if im not wrong, that was the day right after the night we went to Clarke Quay.
my term break was real eventful, come to think of it.
we met for brunch i suppose and next to stationery store for the necessary materials.

you might be wondering,
why would we wanna go through the hassle to make a kite instead of buying one and fly it high.
if that's your lil query, then perhaps you've not been in love before.
it's about spending quality time and adding flavours to enhance the sprightliness of your r/s!!!

let's get started!

in order for us to achieve such fundamental structure, time spent: 2hours.

materials purchased: packet of straws(grab some from Mac for free), tracing papers, nylon thread.
miscellaneous materials: scotch tape, scissor, markers and pens to decorate your kite.

kl was the one who suggested this art&craft session.
initially, his intention was to create one for me so that we can fly it together.
however, he cheated my feelings by confessing that he knows nuts about the process while attempting to salvage by showing me a website base on kite-making. LOL

okay okay, good effort dear :)

tadaaa! very childish, we know!

what a waste when you arent allow to conduct any activiities as in above on this alluring piece of greeny.
hence, that notice was literally ignored by us, and all the other people. haha!

bahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
couldnt drop any judgement on our kite that evening cause after a rain,
slippery road and still atmosphere werent optimistic for us.
well, next time then.

he's usually the one popping random and interesting ideas for our meet-ups/dates.
he listens to my casual remarks that sometimes i, myself dont even remember them at all :)

i always believe that:

if two right pieces of chips are matched together,
it wouldnt be a problem for a device or machine to operate successfully.
no doubt there could have some glitches or so if the quality control isnt maintain at it's best all the time.
but ultimately, it will still return to it's effective performance after defects are identified and fixed.

conversely,
chips that are not meant for each other might cause the machine to malfunction
or even unable to operate if they are matched forcefully.
perhaps when the machine is faulty, try to look into the root of the problem.
you may realize what went wrong is not how incorrectly chips are fixed,
but whether or not are they the correct chips to begin with.

my machine is functioning at it's best performance right now.
our 6th maintainance on the 27th has just gladly proved so.
guess the other chip of mine is made of high quality ya, baby? :)

friday, my last mst paper.

i speeded home like a rocket to get change and ready for date!

had a quick brunch before heading down to marina square
for our really really long awaited screening show!
tried to book the movie seats in advance and realized it was fully booked on its first screening day.

the view, the structure, the environment are breath-taking!!!
it was a pity that we didnt arrive there during day time for lovely photos.
definitely, we'll make a come back :)

btw, their latest shuttle bus from Marina Bay station ends at 715pm.
so it can be real inaccessible to get right in there if you arent depending on own vehicles.
a glimpse of hope for you: there are these board notices along the roadsides which indicated, rather clearly, the direction to where Marina Barrage is located.

it'll be useful if you're cab-ing straight there and unfortunately stucked with a blur driver, like us =.=

reviving.

stepped into the lecture theatre feeling so familiar,
a few cheeky faces turned around and greeted me with amiable smiles :)
kind of a dilemma to make a trip back to school.
but as far as my physical conditions allow, i dont have any slight intention to remain stagnant at home.

lagging three days behind isnt a good sign.
no doubt there are bound to have hitches while trying to catch up and stuffs.
to add on, it just proven myself right to have returned today.

very bored.

someone mentioned that our next round of exam is approaching in 6weeks' time.
guess it was zh who said that? thanks, a total turn-off.

number of highlighters used for mst.

frankly, honestly, sincerely speaking,
im holding an exaggeratingly horrific amount of photos that tell the events and happenings occured ~~throughout~~ since term break to mugging days to MST etc.

blogger's image-uploading system was down for maintainance over a week or something,
thus everything was halted.
probably my coming entry or next would abruptly flood the site with picturesphotosimages and all you can do is merely scrolling on and on down the page.
it'll be fun, anticipate it.

pertaining on my health issue, blood test result was.... fine.
no terminal diseases, if you're judging on such basis lol.
however, the amount of white blood cells in my body are considerably high and it's not good.
was advised to get back for thorough test/checks again after my recovery.

and whether is it a yes or no for that di zhong hai pin xie :S

this nightmare essentially made me love my sis more.
she brings me to clinics, she cooks me porridges, she cancelled/postponed her tuitions for my sake, she gets me my pills and makes me take them on time, she reminds me to drink water recurrently, she comforts me.

it made me love my parents even more.
my dad waited over an hour outside the clinic just to accompany me for consultation, he provided full financial assistance, he called on his way back from work worrying about my dinner and fever.
my mom injected endless naggings and 'threatenings', but at the end of the day, her concerns, her green bean soup are the warmest love of all.

it made me love my adorable boy even more.
he never stops telling me to not give up, he made umpteen calls within a day to ask if im alright, he almost take an emergency leave on his working day to take care of me, he came to my house and played monopoly with me, he showered me all the attention and care that i ever needed then.

and definitely my friends.
the messages from classmates, from my dearest bros, my girls, my cliques.
thanks for being there for me :)

getting sick and tired. literally sick and tired.

*following content might cause discomfort.

have you ever tried vomiting and diarrhea-ing?
probably many of you have come across such abhorrent experience that you would never forget.
but last night, i've been through something else,
which im pretty proud to crown myself as the first to have gone through it.

--- the atrocious combination of both.

concurrently,
the watery feces evacuated from the bottom while my pathetic tomato porridge regurgitated from my mouth.
please imagine the pain and agony.

great, my dinner got in and out of my stomach as if they were tourists visiting heritage tour.
in this case, it must be a science centre...

make a trip to private clinic with the accompany of sis and kl.
i was told that i might have certain viral infection due to the on-and-off fever over the week.
taken my first ever blood test to track down the root.
im brave, i didnt escape :)

in addition, gastric flu is the culprit to my jelly limbs and lost of appetite.
results of the test would be out tml,
this directly spells that i wont be returning to campus at the moment.

i know im not behaving like a good patient.
refused to finish up my diluted yu pian tang but that was because i freaking felt like puking.
refused to drink more water but that was because i felt damn full.
constant complaints about feeling lethargic when we've only walked a few distances.

i'll be good, i'll try.

what on earth have i got into...

there were incalculable happy, joyous moments and events that i would love to share after my arduous MST.
however, some kind of nightmare is terribly haunting me day and dawn.
leeching every micro energy that has left within me...

joline is not well, at all.

since the second or third paper of my test, fever comes and goes.
seen a doctor, sought medication.
but in the midst of battle, how am i suppose to obtain ample rest?

until these couple of days, situation branches out to more tormenting symptoms.
feeling nauseated, lost of appetite, throwing up almost nothing from my stomach, strengthlessness, disturbed sleeps, oozing of cold perspiration etc.
(yea, now just back from some puking)

last night was bad, unpleasantly bad.
skipped dinner not because nonsense like slimming down,
but the suffocation around my chest caused me to constantly feel disgusted yet unable to vomit.

kl was more than worried.
periodic calls and messages never stop to check on my conditions.
at point of times, i cant help but threw tantrums at him when he was trying to ease my misery.
that was an immediate regret.
so much emotions rushed up into my head, until vulnerability struck and it got out of control.

i hate to do that over the phone, i hate being a weakling.

guess it was a shock to him, he toned down and began comforting me.
"don't cry dear, im here im here..."

sorry, i didnt mean to react as such. i love you...

sis is gonna bring me to clinic again after her tuitions.
i saw a very ghostly, pale girl in the mirror.

please, let me recover ASAP.

some quick updates.

monday a battle between the bros.

met up with tania around late evening and off we travelled to Kallang.
that night was a netball match between SP(doreen) and SRC(jinger).
needless to say, it's a definite YES to be present and give them our greatest support!

everything and everything going on in Kallang Netball Centre rewinds back to the old times.
my hyper active participation, my passion, my drive and motivation, all for this sport.
i miss the court, i miss the passes, i miss the drills, i miss trainings.

okay back to it, SRC led by 13 goals and won the match against SP.
wonderful play by all, especially jinger and doreen :)
parted with doreen as she left for her camp, we headed home straight as it was pretty late.

a piece of appalling news heard from kl subjected us to deep felt melancholy.
to some other people, it might be just a tragic case which fell on innocent victims.
sort of like 'oh... it's really sad.' and okay noted. that's all.

but to us, it became a topic, a subject that is consistently being brought up to discuss, or rather feel sorry for.
it didnt come across my mind that such nightmare could happen on her.
she's someone i know. not as in really close but should be considered as 2nd/3rd degree friend.

i've been on and off following a young lady's site for nearly a year. some may find it familiar.
she lost her beloved partner, Clifton(NS guy) when he collapsed in the forest abruptly during his training.
i can never imagine a similar tragedy could actually come by so near to me.

it happened so that she(not that lady) has a space to share her fear and despondent as well.
there's no need for bombastic language or vocabs to express one's thoughts.
those simple 'i miss you, but you are not by my side anymore' effortlessly forced my nose to sour, my eyes to water.

i feel for her, but i know i can never feel what exactly she is suffering at this instance...
with my optimum condolences, hang in there girl.

hanging up the phone call hastily, i doubled up my speed towards the approaching bus at my bus stop.
it decelerated and came to a stop in front of me, i meddled with my hair like how i usually do.

right before boarding, a familiar face and voice sharpened before my deteriorating eyes.
him: EH.
me: ?! EH! it has been so long since i last saw you!
him: yes, has been so long since i last saw you too! haha

we laughed as we boarded the bus subsequently, my mind went through some vivid flash-back.
nothing solid picturized at that instant,
perhaps just some sort of joy to meet an old friend whom were once pretty close to you.
pretty close... old friend. yup.

if you get my drift.

the bus journey is a good enough chance for us to catch up with each other's current life.
after exchanging quite a bit of words, what a coincidence that we were both on our way to meet our sweethearts.
it was seriously a shock when i learned about him shifted to one of the terrace house which is merely few metres away from where im staying, for nearly half a year.
and yet today is our first meet? lol

as we arrived at the interchange, kl was already waiting for me.
both of us walked towards kl and the two guys greeted each other with smile.
hmm... okay. a.w.k.w.a.r.d.

once again, a chain of events that filled my past few days to the brim.
no doubt it's gonna be a lengthy one.

monday DRFSM 2B22 class BBQ

i was with kl for the entire morning and afternoon before heading down to Bedok.
to wdls centre for shirt and jeans alteration, to A.H for his appointment.
this guy is indeed lucky to be able to have all his online ordered Fred Perry, Ben Sherman, Nudie jeans fitting him well.
joline is a spendthrift? no no... look at him. lol!

some issues pertaining on bringing kl along for BBQ.
perhaps i should have been a lil more rapacious right from the start and not fretting big time about who's gonna feel uncomfortable with who else's presence instead.
it's a past tense anw, no point brooding over it.

on a brighter note,
the prep of BBQ was interesting because we're not, in any way, subjected to the payment of the total cost.
thus, the easy and fun job of throwing necessary stuffs into the shopping basket was such an enjoyment to me :D

as sun set, everyone proceeded to feed on those crap food which smelled like heaven.
a group of them engaged in poker activities, while the rest of us emo-ed and chatted throughout along the seaside.
class tutor arrived and blended into the teenage world, i remembered him playing poker as well.
when it was about time, handful of us made our way to convenience shop for light liquor --- the start of a mistake.

at this point of time, i have no means of further elaborating that messy night.
because that's going to humiliate myself. zzz
thinking of it, im dying to hallucinate all whom had witnessed the din.

tuesday, the big dinner.

crawling out of my bed when i was already late, met up with my girls in school to complete the PM tutorials.
veron! such a pity that you couldnt make it for BBQ, your fav tomato twistie should be in my stomach,
or maybe out of my body by now. LOL.

we were literally suffering from spasm when constructing the chart and tables using Microsoft.
freaking tedious a chore, damn.
nuan was constantly blaming library's pc about it's stupidity, or maybe it's ours???
whatever it is, i couldnt be more glad that we're finally done with that shit.

at night, was another big dinner with kl's family.

what a splendid surprise to bump into poixin diann xinni anqi and chinfern in the mall!!!!!!!
excluding diann, i havent been seeing the rest of them for at least a year or so after grad.
px was like shrieking "JOLINE!!!" and you have diann "shhh..." from the back
upon noticing the presence of kl and his family.

so adorable of them :)
i seriously hope to stay and catch up a few words with them, but it might not be appropriate in that situation.
guess they're all doing great, still a gorgeous group of girls.

Drag Me To Hell

before any comments, i wanna rate it first: 9.7/10

this is a movie that made kl grab so hard onto me, a movie that sent my heart plenty of roller coaster rides.
the climax is continous, the horror is stupefying, the intensity is astounding.
a must-watch thriller of the year, dont miss it.

i've to admit im quite a disappointment to kl.
he expected the yelling and scratching of arms from me(as an ordinary girl's reaction),
yet for the whole show my eyes were merely starring at the large screen.
fyi, his reaction was similar to his expected ones. LOL!

i met him for the movie after his work, and for the night i've been flaring up unnecessarily.
despite my unknown tantrums, he showed his upmost concern to what exactly is bothering me.
i wasnt able to put up a concrete answer, or rather, a reason for my grouchy mood.
nothing in particular is having on my way, but, i was not happy.
and it showed on my face.

he walked me home in the dark night, upon my request.
a quieter space with only his listening ears were what i needed then.
i began speaking, pouring out things that could have caused my unusual acts earlier on
only to realize my vulnerability deep down within.

weakness is surfacing, unknowingly.

thanks for calming my thoughts, comforting my soul.
you are what i needed most.

for the consecutive days back, i've gone through happenings which kept me entertained in a good way.
when i say happenings, it could be referring to both great and sucky things.
afterall you cant be expecting a smooth sailing throughout your entire life.

hardly have any contact with my dear lappy, i was tied up by endless tasks to accomplish.
nobody wants to put themselves in a difficult state in any means.
but whenever something is being prioritized,
something else emerges from nowhere and replaces the one before with a higher precedence.

this insane cycle goes on and on until one fine day when you've finally completed your prioritized task,
your heart literally pauses upon realizing the remaining (still very important)tasks are in a ridiculously shocking amount.

a hearty gathering and meal with my bros that particular evening.
again, has been a fortnight or so since everybody last met.

i suggested that location for the benefit of myself, cause i was meeting kl later HAHA.

the craze is on from 4th june to 7th june, do drop by if you're interested.
we queued outside, witnessing the sight of people digging out shirts and flipping those on the rack.

guilt and sinfulness engulf me.
im such a loser at financial planning, or rather, self-restraint.

the atmosphere throughout day and night is throwing tantrum or something,
constantly being atrociously warm and humid, totally refused to release a least bit of cool air.

speaking of it, the wind, or should i name it steam, is simply ineffectual.
the only instance im not perspiring is when im in air-conditioned classrooms and when im literally bathing. zzz
my fan is another useless shit, turning it on to max still feel exactly identical to the condition before that.

probably this is the main cause of temperamental change.
i have 5 different lessons today.
4 of the module's lecturer flared up and reprimanded us for being restless during lessons.
didnt really affect me in any way, maybe yes, i was disgusted by EID's prac lecturer.
i crown him the 'Most Sickening Lecturer' in SP.

i suppose they are tourists and i think their dressing is very cool.

wasnt on time for Mechanics tutorial, but the lecturer is really nice to still mark our attendance.
some words that he mentioned melted my heart and it perfect-ed his already fantastic impression we had on him.

as he came forward to put a tick against our names,
he apologized for failing to remember them in relation to our faces for the reason that...
"sorry ar i cannot remember your names because all girls look the same to me, except my wife..."

AWWW.... this kind of man is coming to an extinction seriously.

after school was some shopping in town with dear nuan and des.
she has received her pay recently and it's time to pamper herself a ~~lil~~ lot.
there were so much laughter going on pertaining the urgency to pee and to check for defects :D

kl joined us later part of the day as he had an appointment with the neighbouring hospital before that.
he has been having escalating problems with his sore eyes for weeks
which greatly affected his once 'perfect' eyesight.
fortunately it's under good control now and he can finally get back to work.

Night At The Museum 2

i've been wanting to watch it and lessons ended the earliest every friday, so a great opportunity.
a very entertaining, light-hearted and definitely hilarious one to catch it with anyone.
rating: 8.5/10

the only flaw lies on the position im seated at.
a big head(bigger than mine!) under a cap wavered constantly throughout the entire movie
was such a nuisance oh my.

kl told me to take that particular day as a lil advanced celebration for our 5th 27th,
for on the actual day itself we might not have the chance to meet up.

we dont usually regard the monthly thing as a big momentous occasion.
conversely, we see it as periodic notion which implies how far we've gone through together.
nothing grand on the outside, but the idea of it is significant enough.

saturday was an advanced Mother's Day celebration for kl's family.
he demanded me to be present for a meal in the evening with them. oh sure, it's my pleasure :)
what's more they are all sweet and friendly people.

earlier part of the day, was some shopping at vivo(AGAIN) and caught his highly interested movie.

despite missing out those previous X-men series,
the storyline of it never bores me out and the fighting scenes are incredible.
an element of humour would be the starring of Will.i.am.
is that suppose to be a joke or what, i didnt know he acts as well.

as scenes of him flashed across, it activated kl zzz.
he began humming 'im so so so sorry~~~' *with song Heartbreaker at the background*
and even referred me to his iTouch where Will.i.am's face was.
i threw him a good stare and got back to the show LOL.

as we were roaming around the huge mall, it suddenly came to my mind that nuan might be working that day.
headed in and went over to say hi, saw xuan at another section of beauty hall as well.
had a short chat with my girl and surprisingly she returned from the back of her counter with packets and packets of Laneige skincare samples, even kl had some share of them. HAHA.

because of the movie, we were late for dinner :S
hurried our way to Taka's Crystal Jade where his family members were already seated for quite some moment.
i whispered an apology to his sis-in-law who was on my right as he passed the menu over to me. haha :P

my share arrived shortly and the subsequent dishes were pilling up the entire table
like those Qin Dynasty feast or something. very shocking!
i swear that was really a sight which i've never seen in my life, lack of vocab to describe omg but just....... just A LOT.

towards the end of it, i was practically putting food into my mouth aimlessly.
when a waitress popped out and informed about the desserts on list, i couldnt help but dropped my jaw right there.
his sis was laughing at me haha.

some walk-around in the mall afterwhich, his mom and dad are so adorableeeee they were holding hands lovingly.
kl had stomach upset because he ate too much earlier on. serves you right glutton!!!

lastly, they drove me home and that completed the day :)

as for my mom's Mother's Day, it's simpler than simple.
sis and i bought small cakes from Breadtalk and half a dozen of Birdnest for her.
both of us brought these before her face after she'd return home from work and bathe,
a total satisfaction to see the surprise and happiness from her expressions.

it's 2 different celebrations that im involved in, yet they serve the same purpose ---
which is to show your gratitude, appreciation and love for your mom.
i love you mommy :)

for you-know-who,
i apologize for being blunt with words and appeared to be distanced on that particular day.
the reason behind must be due to the random yet sensitive topic that nuan and i were discussing early in the morning and it pretty much affected us for the rest of the day.

shopping tastes like Ecstacy.

before i begin, i need to declare that im already half dead by now.
bobby's waving vigorously at the corner of my eyes which entices my dead-beaten body

end of early lessons actually indicated the start of craze.
met up with sis after biding goodbye with kl on wdls platform.
fyi we met each other for like pathetic 15mins and it's time where he should leave for work.
NS sucks, i hate the idea of it. okay very childish of me =.=

straight to amk hub.
sis and i were suffering from intensive hunger,
therefore Subway is the only antidote in boosting our diminishing energy level.

the aftermath of meal is usually satisfying.
with ultimate strength then, we targetted Levi's store and began frittering big time in trying, re-trying,
choosing, re-choosing fantastic jeans.
i swear i have no intention to purchase any denim jeans at all,
my purpose was to be a great shopping partner in assisting sis to get a worthy piece.
and yes, she had successfully become a member of Levi's with the purchase of 140 over bucks.

you think that would be the end of it? i thought so too but sadly,
the temptation was so overwhelming that it was almost impossible for me to resist on fitting it.
the sales girl enthusiastically handed over a gorgeous piece of Ultra Skinny Jeans to me and i totally, completely fell deeply in love with it!!!

damn, it's so scary im speaking like Rebecca(Confessions of a Shopaholic)!

it was an agony when she kept probing, persuading me to buy it.
i was uttering YES with my head shaking left and right, 100bucks you know... get it and im gonna reduce to poverty.
moreover, my initial target is something else, such a pity that this outlet doesnt has it.
in conclusion, i left the shop feeling proud of myself for curbing this impending disaster! :D

still, that Ultra Skinny is gorgeousssssssssssssss.

abruptly, we came to a quick decision and hit the town for more shopping.
sis had to get a present for her friend's approaching birthday

it was all after a nap.

attended GEMs with joanne today and once again, a fatiguing process.
there were way too many technical problems occuring in between her(lecturer) slow presentation.
thus the interruption caused restlessness among us, resulting in more difficulties to focus, or rather, to be awake during lesson.

btw we've just received a tag from SP to place our admission card in it.
if im not wrong, school of MM's in green stripe.
you know what? i've just exchanged mine with a GEMs-mate from school of BE and it's in freaking PURPLE.
hope it is alright to own one which is different in colour from MM's, i really love it in purple.

surf the net for a short while and i was in a deep slumber on my cosy bed.
phone rang for call and messages awakened me, the official time i got off my bed was near to 8pm.

my stomach was groaning, that led me to my kitchen where my mom was.

on saturday,
showed up with kl's accompany at yishun station to meet veron and cy for BD before heading down for work.
veron likes it when i promptly agreed upon the moment she asked. haha

entered yishun cc with brimming excitment and anxiety.
the event starts at 11am, but there were already compassionate public queueing up minutes past 11.

a mask on everyone ensures safety for all.

i said 'NO' when he showed interest in donating because he'll be heading for work in the noon.
yet he secretly sneaked to register for himself and ended up on the adjustable chair. TSK.

it is always at the final stage, so close away from the needle, where disappointment strikes.
both cy and i arent a suitable donor for the reason that our veins are barely visible and way too tiny.

of course, our healthy PMU officer here was merrily squeezing the stress ball,

it has come to the end of week two, definitely worth throwing a party.
im proud to say that i've been pretty attentive in every lesson, or at least i tried to do so.
no sleeping, no skipping of classes(a lil tempted to).

GEMs on wednesday was quite an entertainment.
before you forget, allow me to refresh your memory. my gems module is Customer Service.
the lecturer is a nice lady, but the lesson was conducted way too wols and dry.
joanne and i, in fact majority of the class, were at the verge of slamming our faces onto the tables.

even when we were told to divide ourselves into groups for discussion, i totally dont have the inertia to move/shift.
until the part where we needed to present our stuffs over the visualizer, here comes the climax.
those hyperactive malay guys behind were passing sacarstic yet hilarious comments when the presenter was laughing hard at his own joke, as if he was high on drug or something.

times when my eyes got a lil dry and i close to rest them, he stopped me.

even during the interval break, he stopped me from resting my head on the table wth!!!
the worse thing is, there's no way that i can bring myself to flare up upon seeing his face.

currently in shop again.
if spending a long time in water would you need oxygen,

had brunch with kl in the morning and we both parted for work.
for the past 5hours, i've been observing people who come and go.

practically all, ALL GUYS who tagged along showed impassivity, frustration
or no response(most detestable kind!) at all.
alright one just yawned out loud, one rolled his eyes, one rudely commented "You look ugly in this"(!!!), another one turned around and walked out of the shop wth.
i totally feel sorry for all the girls out there!!!

frankly, there's no point to ~~accompany~~ follow your girlfriend/wife/fling to shop when the idea of answering YES/NO to repeated questions such as "Is this nice?", "Do i look great in it?", "Should i buy it?" completely bores you out.
you can turn us down politely, then jolly well position your face right in front of your tv set for soccer, dota till your fingers fail you, club with sexy ladies and get yourselves into all sorts of troubles.
go ahead, go AHEAD!

NO GIRLS(in my opinion) is in favour of shopping with guys who will react as in above.
unless they are really blinded by love, so to say.

lecture theater

having the dont-know-what lesson with four or five other classes.
first time attending a lecture in a theater, kind of... cool cause everything projected from the visualizer is so tiny, the lecturer's face is blury, there are many many heads in front of you, some might even cling with dandruff oh my...
alright that's not so cool.

we proceeded to a newly renovated workshop @ w1312 for tutorial.
WOW, that workshop's probably done for the benefit of my course's students as those main features and models are so DRFSM-ly. lol

that particular morning, i got a shock out of my life because sis suggested to complete the most sickening chore on earth --- sweeping and mopping.

usually we'll divide the chores and do it on a weekly basis. okay saying this makes me guilty, maybe only when daddy activiated his nagging engine.
however, she initiated to do so all on her own for the reason that(i presume) she hopes to lighten my burden...

temporarily, i'll be tending the boutique on every wed after school, taking over from sis.
it was, or should i say it is still, a confusion for me.

but in the point of fact there isnt a single thing on my mind that i desperately yearn to purchase.
im not urgently short of money,
but such opportunity isnt easy to come by and what's more my task/expectation is unbelievably simple.
i hope to keep myself a lil occupied so that i wouldnt be taking all my free time for granted and seized the remaining time to reinforce my studies, but im skeptical about whether will it become a hindrance instead.

hmm.. so far, my girls are on the YES side, kl and mom more to the No side, and sis is neutral.
everything will be as it is at the moment, i shall be responsible for my own decision.
any slight signs that show possibilities which i might not be able to cope,

monday blues...??? school reopen blues.

thumbs on alarm for a good 30mins of snoozing.
nothing sucks more than early wake-ups zzz.
i turned on my lappy after a refreshing shower, double checked my timetable for the day.
couldnt help but that grouchy feeling kept lingering inside of me, i need to vent and rant.

coincidentally, a perfect candidate came appearing on my screen with that orange bar blinking away.
received a confirmation with him to bring along his tee and to pass it to him at Dover station later on.
throughout the whole conversation i cant stop typing words that spell f.r.u.s.t.r.a.t.i.o.n.
guess he was freaked out by this early in the morning, he requested me not to be so fierce LOL.

however, when im starting to be nice, idiot tends to take advantage of me.....

Time and Table.

thursday, to school for rearranging of timetable on year2 sem1.
once again the queue and halt were exaggeratingly listless.
i was in school around 11am, guess what time did i get mine done? freaking 4PM!

luck wasnt on my side, the electronics module couldnt fit perfectly into my year2 timetable and tentatively i'll have to drop one friday morning's module for the substitution of it.
couldnt recall what module was that, the code starts with BE2005?
SCREW THIS SHIT.

kl came to meet me in school since early noon, accompanied me throughout the entire process.
he was apalled on the number of peeps who failed their module(s) cause the stretch of queue was kind of shocking.
on top of that, the room was brimmed with guys and if you were to notice, i was one of the.... 3 girls out of the whole population. population? quite a big term, right... maybe community? turf? clan? forget it.

on that particular day itself, it was Flag Day for all freshies.
saw couple of familiar faces like ww&friends, joonliang&gang, as well as hy!
i was still wondering if i might spot her anywhere and TADAA! both wanting and hy appeared before me.

met verony too, she was helping out for it.
actually it was her distinctive voice that alerted me before i went tracking back for her whereabouts. lol!

and SUBWAY!!! YES SUBWAY IS STARTING AN OUTLET IN SP OH MY GODDDDDD!!!
by end of april we'll be gorging it @ foodcourt 5 this is so very cool im gonna eat their soft cookies everyday their burgers melt my heart this piece of news is making me lose control of myself ahh ahhHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! LOL.

rest of the day was spent with kl.
we headed to wisma as he needed to get his phone repaired, and wth?
it cost 150bucks if he were to fix it. fortunately he didnt.

it somehow pissed him off by attempting to question the assistant(philipinos) on how much does his phone worth.
maybe there was communication break down or something, they werent answering to his question the whole time. haha chill ya.

by the end of the day i then realized that my sis, nuan and i were all at town yet we didnt bump into each other at all. wrong timing la everyone.

for the Japan's no.1 causal wear brand UNI QLO, the sight of singaporeans queueing aimlessly was back again.
hearing from doreen and sis that it was quite a woohaa because probably none of the shop requires shoppers to line up and wait before you could enter the shop to look around.

we... went into the queue as well. but i can explain!!!
some psychology factor you know, i want to get to the bottom of it.
whether singaporeans queue for the sake of queueing, or there's really good buys that draws people's attention to it. LOL!

it turned out... bad. thumbs down for it.

one of them approached and asked if we wanna play captain's ball with them.

for no apparent reason i got nervous, just like how i used to be seconds before going on court for matches. lol?
that four girls had the dont-mess-with-me aura with their sunglasses on, tanned and lean muscles so it somehow intimidated me! i dont wanna get thrashed by them :(

eventually the game started.
surprising enough, they werent as formidable as i thought
and im proud to say that we were leading majority of the time.
under the oppressing weather, it was pretty energy draining but the taste of yummy victory simply recharged us.

the girls left soon after their defeat(im so cocky! haha), we then proceeded into the cooling water.
it was so retarded we were playing frisbee down there. you cant possibly run faster then it yet the objective of the game is to give chase after the frisbee =.=

and HELLO? DO I LOOK LIKE IM NICE TO BE THROWN INTO THE WATER?
why isit that everyone's fond of doing this to me, WHY~~~~
doreen tania and dage came giving me an impromptu attack,
pulled my legs and arms each and began merrily swinging me left and right.
recalling my last trip here with classmates, similar case occured as well.

they all looked so satisfied at the end of it, yet dont allow me to take revenge wth. lol

yesterday, mickey(sis's poly friend) invited us over to his place to play Wii!
yup i cant seem to be blogging on the exact day itself in the event when chunks of photos are lining up for me to edit(just some effects and colour enhancement).

to side track a lil, i have a thing for pretty photos.
i want to hold beautiful memories in my sites, be it blog, fb or other abandoned spaces.
on the realistic part, it kind of flatters my unpleasant features/figures
as well as compliments the overall appearance of my photos.

btw im currently using PhotoScape photo editor, previously was Picasa.
both are photo editing softwares, can be conveniently downloaded from Google FOC.
it is safe and fast, no virus and only takes minutes to install.

but i have to emphasize that, it is NOT PHOTOSHOP.
you can do a lot on the effects of your photos but
YOU CANNOT make your body/face/arms/thighs look stick-thin as you wish.
so yup, a huge difference for that.

back to Wii, we waited for the right bus that goes directly to Admiralty in the noon.
i have no idea why we always ended up camwhoring like this...

subjectively, i dont find much alikeness between my sis and i.
comments from our friends are pretty extreme, as in:
"you look so much like your sis!" OR "this is your sis? totally no resemblance."

rights, this one here has similarity.

today is my mom's off day, she drives us to marsiling for yummy kueh chap.
you know whenever we're out with my mom or dad, we're literally out with mom OR out with dad.
no such thing as out with my family.

maybe yes, like 4 or 5years back.
but those happiness, warmth and completeness are merely vivid memories.
i cant throw statements like: mom and dad dont love me, i dont have a family.
i do have a family, just that mine isnt as a whole.

my present life(on family basis) isnt a least good, isnt that bad either. perhaps just acceptable.
there's disappointment of course.
when they simply refuse to settle their so called adults issue ON THEIR OWN, or even to regard each other's presence in the house, telling her daughters how useless their dad is, asking his daughter to convey messages to her mom.......

ARENT ALL THESE BULLSHIT?

i love my mom, i love my dad.
but they dont love each other.

whatever it is, it's a real life lesson learnt for me.
my future marriage, my own family, my children are never gonna experience nonsense as in above. hopefully.

BOREDOM. a different experience

it is incontrovertible, that internet IS one of the greatest invention of all.
i posted my previous entry in the early noon before heading to town.
the next moment, someone must have read and rang me up.

that someone is verony. lol

i was half dead in the shop when she dialed and conveyed an awesome news
that joanne, nuan and herself will be hitting town thus gonna drop by at far east!

speaking of that, the boutique belongs to my sis's friend.
by coincidence they didnt have sufficient helpers to tend it and so required some free souls to assist.
sis had been there for once and shared with me her lonely experience.
this time round, i went through a similar situation. or the exact one? haha

sorry, not much difference in these two pics.

i seldom camwhore as such, at least not as incorrigible as ww LOL.
however, by doing so, it practically killed 1/8 of the time only.

novel brought was up to no use at all as people enter and exit too frequent, the process was constantly interrupted.
when im all alone, i stoned my way through the noisy r&b, hiphop music at the background, meddled with my hair, turning my head around to screen through the surrounding.........
sounds really boring, isnt it?

great that the girls came, sincerely appreciate it :)))

finally when clock strikes 730pm, my savior arrived with my Crave of The Day --- SUBWAY!!!

after his morning shift, he travelled home and out again to deliver me foodie.

fortunately with his presence, i was then able to do the closing smoothly for the freaking first time zzz.

perhaps being my first day there, unfamiliar proceedure and ambiguous price tags resulted to my edginess.
when it was about 930pm,
i opened up the cash box(no cash register or NETs machine) and began counting the total coins and notes.
summing up of the overall sales almost caused me to lose my breathe omg.

kl cant stop disturbing me on my left, he was probably tired of living lol.
i was blinded by my carelessness until he pointed it out and THANK GOODNESS no errors pertaining on money!
if not i got to fork out my own pathetic assets.

end of my horror? NO.

the last thing for closing was to off the lights(i have no freaking idea where's the swtiches!),
kl found them and done with it. pull down the shutter and lock it up.

the locks were throwing damn tantrum what the hell!
i was forcing the keys left and right on the locks with full blast angst and the whole shutter almost collapse HAHA.
witnessing me vending my frustration pointlessly, he took over the keys and told me to ring up my sis for SOS.

before the story was narrated to her, he was done with it. firmly locked up.
WWooaahhhhh superman lol!

yea, a good experience tho.
i dont mind working there over weekends in the future as well :)

verony's 18th!

celebrated her 18th on the 8th as that's the day where majority could make it.

met up with classmates at orchard initially.
we lured veron and reena into wisma in order to do a last minute planning of surprise for her.
then nuan and jy off to get the cake, cy and i headed to meet the birthday girl.
(our duty was to drag some time for the rest of the peeps to settle down @ Fish&Co, paragon)

we told her that there will only be the few of us(girls) celebrating with her.
she paused for a moment, looked at me and questioned "what about joanne? joanne coming?"
OMG never did cy and i expect her to ask about joanne, we totally, totally had our heart died at that instant!

anw, i knew that she knew something's going on.
whyyyyyyyyyyyy.

eventually, we arrived at the restaurant, hoping that she'll be surprise by the presence of our classmates.
but she was too rational zzz.
what we achieved was a smile from her, she then looked into the menu for food LOL.

i cue-d nuan to the toilet near by so as to complete/touch up our hand made calendar for her.
spent whole big time on that, sorry to all because everyone was waiting for us to return and dig in, haha.

after the feast, nuan texted me(when she's just a few peeps away) for another task.
she needed veron to be away, with the assistance of me to drag time AGAIN! why meeeeeeeee.
this time round, another suprise was planned.

when we returned, jy suggested to play ZJMM(which is obviously a trap for veron).
no doubt, she lost and her punishment was to find a mysterious present within the restaurant's premises.
while she was in search of that, one of the waiter appeared with a huge yellow rabbit soft toy
and greeted her happy birthday!
this, was planned :D

next, the two april babies, veron and joanne, were requested to stand on the chairs.

it's kind of like a 'tradition' in Fish&Co and i seriously have to compliment their working staffs.
they were higly cooperative(saying yes to almost all our requests),
they have high level of tolerance and patience(waiting for this bunch of monkeys to confirm their orders),
and excellent service(prompt service when it comes to refilling free flow of drinks, they even cleared all our plates and provided new set of it for cakes later on)

wah not bad right.

followed by the game for birthday girls.

the idea was from the staffs, not us.
veron and joanne had to blow the candles within a certain reasonable distance from where they were standing.
veron suck at it la, joanne was better LOL!

these couple of days were spent closely with kl.
and by close, i really mean out with him since morning till dawn till night
to the extend that time spent with him > time spent with family/friends within these two days.

my sis has been insanely busy as well, with her friends' 21th, tuitions etc.
cause when she was out i'll still be sleeping(or the other way round),
and when she returned i'll be.... yes, sleeping already.

anw, a lil lil happening was on. not a good one tho.
it makes me reflect upon myself, and a lesson learnt.

WOO this famous laksa is a MUST-EAT dish whenever im here with bros.

their Teh Tarik contains 10 cans of condensed milk so it actually increases the possibility of you getting diabetes by 50% for each consumption.

i purchased yet another fbt shorts and off we hit the town.
ah bui uncle's birthday was on the very next day, thus sis assigned me the great task to get a present for him by hook or by crook.

hunting for presents is a horror to me.
it became worse when you're merrily shopping around for your own stuffs, something hard and heavy keeps knocking at the back of your head, repeatedly emphasizing about the task that you've yet to accomplish.
that frustration turned me cranky and moody, felt like strangling myself.

finally, finally with the assistant of kl, it was settled for good omg.
with that burden off my shoulder, hunger engulfed me. HAHA
we rested and rewarded ourselves with laudatory food @ Crystal Jade.

heavenly.

that night, i spoutted a hurtful sentence.
it was a spell of despondency for him.
i know he's not gonna be happy to see me bringing it up again because he dont want to see the guilt in my eyes, but i hope to make it apparent for one last time.

it was unintentional, on my side. yet it hurts so badly, almost fatal, inside of him.
he could have just left me on the spot or threw something that weighs equally painful back to me.
but all he did was to force a smile on his somber expression and said it's okay, it's really okay.
that was my first time seeing him behaving like this.

my apologies were echoed over and over again.
i was a retard as that was the only thing i could do then.
he reassured me that it doesnt matter, he totally understands and i shouldnt worry about him anymore.
what else can i say? you are too good for me.

he told me there's no need for self-reproach, just treat it as a lesson learnt.

an eventful day i'd say.

early in the morning
in conjunction of qing ming jie, he asked me over to his ah gong's house to bai bai.
FYI, my family never sao mu. hence this day isnt significant to me at all.

they've already cleaned the ancestor's colombarium last week,
so on that day they just needed to burn the papers and offer joss sticks to his grandma's tablet.

i was seated down in the living room with some of his relatives and family members,
and happened to notice that the connection between them is really strong.
observing the sight where by his uncle volunteerily trimed his grandfather's nails,
i thought it was touching and heart warming.

at least that's a scene that might probably never gonna happen on my side.

accompanied him to admiralty for hair trimming.
he insisted to trim his hair by that day in order not to get caught by his supervisor and be subjected to endless pumping on the next day when reporting for work.

what a familiar scenerio when he started complaining about his trimed hair being awfully ugly!
haha, i was a victim many months ago, it's your turn now LOL.

movie again, i like this.
the smashing and racing of cool cars is entertaining and thrilling.

btw, we met guanhui on our way to starbucks for java chips.
he was with his girl and he was like "eh? hi...", with a lot of peeps passing by us.
i waved and exchanged smiles, then we were all drifted to opposite direction.

kl was completely out of the situation and questioned me who was that. lol
a happy thing for he has found his love, and i've found mine ;)

and after movie to foodcourt for munching, kl met his friend junhao(rss!).

i believe we've all wet our tees, the session was actively fun!
we could have continued playing when time's up since there wasnt any soul around.
but mom came to drive us home with food, so im sorry bros.
hy wants to play netball the next time round, but erm... we need to contact our whole team down? haha

after watching the variety show yesterday, i crave for shui jiao mian!
damn, i wanna have it real soon.

saturday, JJ World Tour 2009!

an eventful day i had.
in the early morning i was dragged for a run and swim @ Wlds Sports Complex by kl
as he claimed that his IPPT is approaching.(which is none of my business!!! kidding LOL)

anw, the run almost killed me on the spot cos my last time on track was like.... 6months ago?
cannot make it, i've told you i've told you! =.=
swimming was a nicer term used as we were basically seizing the chance to absorb vitamin D.
a shade tanner? hopefully.

at the end of it, had brunch together with sis and headed home to change up and stuffs.
sis was rather lethargic after her tuition-marathon.
she asked if she could just give up the 131bucks ticket and rest at home.
response from me: deadly annoyed intimidating stare.

when it was about time to leave, we set off to Singapore Indoor Stadium!!!

okok no time to take pics or whatever, our attention and focus were entirely on the concert, or on JJ instead :)

JJ'S LIVE WAS FORMIDABLY IMPRESSIVE.
he simply just shines with his confidence, charm, talents and charisma.
the interactive moments were light-hearted, humourous and close to heart.
guess he had changed around 6 sets of costumes, well i personally love the very first one.

the guest appearances were fan wei qi and BY2.
fan wei qi's LIVE was great too, while BY2 were sweeties whom danced and sang hard on stage.

some highlights:
JJ's dad, mom and elder brother were present for some instrumental performances with him on the song, zui chi bi.
it was probably a surprise for his 28th bday as he almost teared during the performance.

another climax would be at the instant when a fortunate lady was being selected from the 10K audience to sit beside JJ in front of the piano, playing Baby Baby.
OMG that was superbly sweet!!! he was literally looking into her eyes, singing to her and said that he'll do the exact thing for his girlfriend if he should have one in the future.

off the stage, he could be just an ordinary person who has a passion in music.
but it's so so mesmerizing when he's able to present what he has to the world.
this experience is highly complimentary, is extraordinary.
you are cool, JJ ;)

cabs took forever to come, and the listless wait was plain misery.
reached home at 1am sharp and found my mom snoring on the floor in the living room due to humidity lol?

next day, caught a movie in the late evening with kl.

it succeeded as a comedy. we laughed our asses off.

PURPLE MONSTER LOST THE TOUGH BATTLE TO FLU BUG!
sian, im owned by it since the day i went for concert.
sneezing like nobody's business, you know, those combo 4 or even combo 6 zzz.
i thought i had the strongest virus yet i was defeated, the feeling sucks.

however, my recovery is speedy :)
recollecting my past few days,
i cooked myself porridge in the morning and my mom cooked us another pot of it in the afternoon.
the taste of both were distinctively heaven(mom's) and hell(mine).

kl attempted to surprise me at my door step with herbal tea and ______.
but before he could do that, a bird failed him. yes A BIRD. LOL!
